Welcome to my blog.

The perfect bag.

The perfect bag.

In just a few days I fly to New York!

This week has been such a crazy week with a wide range of emotions. It almost felt like I was carrying a backpack full of bricks except the feeling of overload was more extreme.

I felt like I was holding a gigantic building over my shoulders like Wonder Woman... except I'm not Wonder Woman. I think sometimes we “ bite off more than we can chew”. The old fashion saying that we tend to accept more responsibilities that we’re able to handle. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels as though they want to accomplish everything… do everything... be everything… see everything!

From trying to please your family to following your dreams. Sometimes we have to prove to ourselves what we’re capable of; prove your passion can lead into something bigger; prove that your dream of wanting to make a difference can come to life with determination, motivation, and perseverance. This journey of starting my fashion blog has been such an amazing journey and I give all the glory to God. This year was all about finding my niche, experimenting and exploring the world of blogging.  As I reach my first year of blogging, I’m ready to put in more than 101% in creating and inspiring!

I started this year by making a list of what I wanted to accomplish. As the year is slowly coming to an end, I realized how much God provided in helping me fulfill my goals. God isn’t finished with me yet! But one specific goal/dream was to go to New York.

The city of dreams.

The city of fashion.

The city that never sleeps.

Big lights, big city, big dreams!

The city of inspiration.

Jeremiah 29:11-14: For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
