Hi.

Welcome to my blog.

Share the love.

Share the love.

Today was a day filled with inspiration. A day to be inspired. A day of ideas.

Everything that happened today, somehow all tied together with this little message from Starbucks. Unknowingly, this message was my inspiration for today's post.

Share the love.

Have you ever came across certain individuals that were just so angry all the time? People that took their frustration out on you? Or what about the people that decided to give you an ear full when you've done nothing wrong to them, they just needed someone to yell at?

If you ever come across those people, my biggest advice is to breathe, smile, and take a moment to try and understand them (even when there's so much you could say to defend yourself or fight back).

Truth is, we all have our struggles, our own challenges, and our own demons. We have certain things or people, that have hurt/ betrayed us that may have affected certain things in our life. Although we may ask and wonder why, there are reasons for those actions that the outside world may not understand. It's not like we have a cloud above our heads that helps the world see and understand what we're feeling or why we're feeling that way. No one knows what we deal with on a day to day basis or better yet, what we've dealt with in the past. There are some things in life that happen that are beyond our control. It affects our day, our emotions, how we interact with people, and maybe even our approach to the future. Learning to accept it, is the hard part.

I remember meeting someone years ago where he felt like everyone was out to get him because of one mistake that happened in college. A mistake that ended up becoming one of the major blessings in his life. This was when I realized burning fire with fire generates a bigger fire. So over time, I've learned and observed that because he felt betrayed, used, and screwed over from his past, anger built inside that ultimately hid the genuine, happy, and caring person I saw within him. Despite ones flaws, I like to outweigh the goods vs. the bad. And there were moments where I understood why he may have acted a certain way by putting myself in his shoes. My mind with his mind, my thoughts with his thoughts. And sometimes that's all it takes. A listening ear.

So I encourage you to share the love. Be understanding even when you come across rude or frustrated people. Smile. Remember, we all go through something. It's a part of life.

Learn how to handle it.

Learn to accept what we can and cannot control.

Be kind, be genuine.

One small act of kindness can go a long way. You never know what your small approach of sharing the love can do. You never know who you could inspire. You never know who you could help.

Share the love.
